Good, used steel Harmonic Balancer from an International DT466E engine. The harmonic balancer has been inspected and appears to be in good working condition. There is no visible damage to the harmonic balancer. There is rust seen on the harmonic balancer. The pulley threads are not damaged and look to be in good condition. The bolt holes are clear and in good condition. There are minor scratches seen on the harmonic balancer. There are minor chips seen on the harmonic balancer. There is minor corrosion seen on the harmonic balancer. The casting number is 1820856C1. The engine serial number is N/A. Please see the photos attached.
